Whosoever Abides in Him

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

1 John 3:6

Whosoever Abides in Him

May 18, 2025

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

1 John 3:6

It must be said and we need to see that he is not only in us, but we are also in him so that we should abide in him, inside of him, as he also abides in us. He is not only in your heart, but you are also in his body, in his light, in his pastures. If we just say that he is in our hearts, but we do not step into his space, it may be that we just made him as an idol of our little hearts, but not our true God Almighty, the Lord of our lives. You cannot have the Saviour without him being your Lord. You cannot have the Shepard without entering his pastures. He cannot abide in you, if you do not abide in him. Awake from a slumber at the gate and enter into his righteousness!

Come and see and know the Lord Jesus!

Christ be in you, the hope of glory.

Post Scriptum

9/13/25

This was not written for all who say "the Lord is in my heart". This was not written for those gentle souls who truly feel the Lord in their lives. This was neither written for those whose heart is genuinely being opened, even the babes in Christ. The Lord Christ Jesus be with you.

But, this was written to examine yourselves as you say you believe Christ is in you, are you also in Christ?

This was written for those who say the Lord, the Lord, but do they walk with him? Oh, walk with him, if you believe he is in your heart. Do not be deceived.

If you have a key in your pocket, and you are moving from place A to place B, are you not walking with that key (in your pocket)? Yes you are, my brother and sister. But if you are not walking with that key, it is not in your pocket. You left it somewhere. As it is not with you, you don't have it (with you). But you may say, I do have the key, it is in my drawer! And that's where I am leading you to understand. Do not leave the Lord in your drawer. If you say that he is in your heart, walk with him always in your heart. Because if you do not walk with the Lord, how can he be in you?

A Christian life is to fellowship with God, the Father and the Lord Christ Jesus, in the Spirit, continually, walking in the Spirit and be led by the Spirit, and to have a fellowship with brethren (brothers and sisters).

If the Lord is truly in your heart, he abides (is present - dwells) in you and as such you abide (your new man is present - dwells) in him; and happy soul are you. But if you say, "I am not present in Him, this is not Heaven here," I say that the Kingdom of God is within you, so you are in it, present, if you are a child of God.

Verses to meditate on:

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

John 10:9

…in thy light shall we see light.

Psalm 36:9

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

Psalm 23:2

Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

1 Corinthians 15:34

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
